    We confirm your visit.

    Your appointment is confirmed when we accept it. The balance is due after your clean.

If we decline, or your requested start time passes without acceptance, we automatically initiate a full deposit refund.

Do I need a reset before ongoing care?

If your home is already well maintained, choose the maintenance level that fits. If it needs catching up, a Heavy or Deep clean can bring it to a fresh baseline. Later visits may need a lighter scope; each visit is priced from the level, size and tasks you select.

How do we agree on what is included?

Your selected service and approved checklist define the work. Choose your included tasks and extras room by room when you book. If your home needs more detailed work, choose the level that includes it so the plan matches the result you want.
