Your Fresh Linen DIY Cleaning Checklist

1.Prep: Clear surfaces, pick up clutter, and put away valuables before you start.
2.Priorities: Start with your top 3 agreed priority areas — tackle those first.
3.Top-to-bottom: Dust ceiling fans and high shelves first so debris falls to surfaces you clean next.
4.Kitchen: Wipe counters, stovetop, and sink with your standard cleaner. Clean spills promptly.
5.Bathrooms: Spray and wipe mirrors, counters, toilet, and tub/shower with your standard bathroom cleaner.
6.Floors: Vacuum or sweep first, then mop with a damp mop. Work from the far corner toward the door.
7.Bedrooms: Make beds, tidy nightstands, and dust surfaces. Launder linens if needed.
8.Living areas: Fluff pillows, fold blankets, and wipe down remotes and high-touch surfaces.
9.Finishing touches: Straighten rugs, align cushions, and check that windows and mirrors are streak-free.
10.Finish check: Walk through each room — confirm your priority areas are done and nothing was missed.
